Initiate Your Request
Log into your Crytec account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital return authorization.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached, ensuring the garments are in their original, unworn condition.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 3 to 5 business days.
